Front floor work

Time: 2.75 hrs

Things done today:

  • Drilled out some missing holes in the channel pieces I found (CHL-034… I think) to 3.2mm
  • Found a few more missing hole stop drill out to 3.2mm
  • Clecoed the front floor and center console (installed soundproofing in front floor)
  • Prepped a few more center console parts

Drilled out this hole and on the other side to 3.2mm

And here’s another one (to the right of the cleco) that needed to be drilled out to 3.2mm (and on the other side).

Here’s the plan I had for sticking the soundproofing to the inside of the top skin. I captioned each photo with the steps in the process. It seemed to work out pretty good and only took about 10 minutes to do.
